Brazilian Lemonade
MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer (1kg/500g)

Serves: 3 - 4

Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500ml) cold water

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) key lime juice (from about 4 key limes, with seeds removed)

  • 1/2 key lime (with white pith removed)

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer

  • 3/4 cup (200g) ice cubes

  • Sliced and grated key lime zest for garnish


Method

  1. Add lime juice, 1/2 lime and cold water into the blender. Blend for 5 seconds (do not over blend).

  2. Strain the blended juice into the jug through a fine-mesh strainer.

  3. Pour the juice back into the blender and pour in
    MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer. Blend until frothy.

  4. Add ice and blend again until smooth.

  5. Garnish drink with sliced key lime and finely grated lime zest. Serve immediately.


Brazilian Lemonade Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Brazilian Lemonade (see recipe above)


Method

  1. Pour MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer,
    MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk and Brazilian Lemonade into a jug. Stir until evenly combined.

  2. Fill each mould with the mixture.

  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, for at least 6 hours.

Yogurt Fruit Parfait with Brazilian Lemonade
MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer (1kg/500g)

Serves: 6

Yogurt Fruit Parfait with Brazilian Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 MARIGOLD Low Fat Plain Yogurt (135g each)

  • 3 tbsp Brazilian Lemonade (see recipe above)

  • Zest of 2 limes

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1 cup fresh kiwi and mango, cubed

  • Mint for garnish


Method

  1. Mix MARIGOLD Low Fat Plain Yogurt, Brazilian Lemonade and lime zest.

  2. Divide yogurt mixture, granola and fruits into 6 glasses. Serve chilled.
