Creamy Melon Salad with Walnuts
Ingredients
¼ rock melon or any kind of melon in season (diced)
¼ honey dew (diced)
1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (toasted)
Dressing
50ml MARIGOLD Evaporated Full Cream
2tbsp mayonnaise
2tbsp cream cheese
1tbsp lemon juice (mixed together and chill)
Some chili flakes for garnishing (optional)

Combine both types of melon together in a mixing bowl. Toss in creamy dressing and sprinkle walnuts over it
Serve immediately and sprinkle some chili flakes over salad (if using).
