5 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons butter
5 bird's eye chilies
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons seasoning powder

Buy nowCoat the crabs with cornstarch and fry until cooked. Remove and drain.
Heat a pan, melt the butter, and sauté chopped garlic, bird’s eye chilies, and curry leaves until fragrant.
Add MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer and cook until it starts to boil. Then, add the seasoning powder and stir well.
Add the fried crabs and mix until well-coated. Serve with hot steamed rice.
