Ingredients for the Caramel
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Ingredients for the Pudding
10g agar-agar powder
4 cups water
1 tin MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer
1½ cups MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
3½ tablespoons custard powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
A pinch of salt (to enhance the richness of the pudding)

Buy nowAdd sugar into a pot and cook over low heat until it melts and turns golden brown.
Turn off the heat and slowly pour water into the caramelised sugar. Then, turn the heat back on and stir until the caramel dissolves completely.
Let the caramel cool before pouring it into containers.
In a separate pot, mix water with agar-agar powder and bring it to a boil.
Combine MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer, custard powder, MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer, salt, and vanilla essence.
Stir until well mixed, then pour into the boiling agar-agar mixture. Let it boil.
Pour the mixture into containers over the cooled caramel and refrigerate until set.
