Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread

  • 50g mozzarella cheese

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 1 tin MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer

  • 4 tablespoons MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer

  • 1 tablespoon cornflour

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon pandan powder

Method

  1. Trim the edges of each bread slice slightly and tuck the ends together to form a flower shape. Set aside.

  2. In a pot, add MARIGOLD Evaporated Creamer and MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer, followed by the egg yolks, cornflour, pandan powder, and vanilla essence.

  3. Stir until well combined and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens slightly. Turn off the heat.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the flower-shaped bread. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  5. Using an air fryer, bake at 180°C for 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
