Churros with Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients for chocolate fudge:
1/2 can MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer
100g unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate
Ingredients for churros:
56g all-purpose flour
50g unsalted butter
Cooking oil (For deep frying)
Salt to taste

Add butter, water and salt in a pot, heat until butter melts.
Add in flour and mix well until it forms a dough.
Add in egg until it forms a smooth paste.
Scoop the dough into piping bag with a star tip and pipe churros (approximately 7”) directly into the heated oil.
Heat up oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the churros for approximately 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Once fried, lightly dust icing sugar onto the churros.
Mix unsalted butter, bittersweet chocolate and MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer in a double-boiler bowl.
Stir all ingredients until melted and well mixed.
Ready to serve with churros.
Pipe churros on a baking tray lined with baking paper and freeze for a better shape.
