Pengat Pisang


  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 15 bananas, split to halves

  • 40g gula Melaka

  • 700ml MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk

  • 100ml MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk

  • 4 pandan leaves, knotted

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 100g sago pearls, cooked

  1. Heat up coconut milk, 1 tbsp sugar and bananas until sugar dissolves. Set aside.

  2. Dissolve gula Melaka and 1 tbsp sugar in a pot. Add in MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk dan MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk.

  3. Add in pandan leaves, bananas and salt. Cook until bananas soften.

  4. Add in sago pearls and cook for 5 minutes, bring to a boil.
