Trio Cheese Pizza Bread


Ingredients for cheese sauce:

  • ½ can MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk

  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for pizza:

  • 6 slices white bread

  • 15 tomatoes, sliced thinly without seeds

  • 2 - 3 pieces chicken ham, cubed

  • 2 tsp basil, chopped

  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cheese sauce

  1. Melt butter and add in MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk. Cook to a boil.

  2. Turn off heat. Add in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and whisk continuously.

  3. Add in salt.


  1. Slice tomatoes and chop basil leaves. Set aside.

  2. Prepare cheese sauce.

  3. Place mozzarella cheese in between two slices of bread. Roll the bread with a rolling pin until flattened. Cut away the brown sides of the bread.

  4. Toast bread on a pan until slightly browned. Spread a layer of cheese sauce on the bread.

  5. Place tomato slice, chicken ham, mozzarella cheese and chopped basil on the toasted bread.

  6. Place in oven for 8 minutes at 150°C.

  7. Ready to serve.

Chef's Tip:

To minimise the mess, put the cheese sauce into the piping bag and pipe onto the bread. Get your kids to help with the piping, it can be really fun!
