Pengat Pisang
Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
15 bananas, split to halves
40g gula Melaka
700ml MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk
100ml MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
4 pandan leaves, knotted
1 tsp salt
100g sago pearls, cooked

Heat up coconut milk, 1 tbsp sugar and bananas until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Dissolve gula Melaka and 1 tbsp sugar in a pot. Add in MARIGOLD Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk dan MARIGOLD Evaporated Filled Milk.
Add in pandan leaves, bananas and salt. Cook until bananas soften.
Add in sago pearls and cook for 5 minutes, bring to a boil.
